CANCELLATIONS
You may at any point before dispatch of the Product(s), request a cancellation, in return for a full refund including the shipping costs.
STANDARD RETURN POLICY
∙ For any unopened Product(s), you can return your package within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date you receive the Product(s) from us, and we will exchange the Product(s) for a full refund of your purchasing price (excluding shipping costs).
∙ For any opened (unboxed) Product(s), you can return the Product(s) if it’s in its original, undamaged and unmarked, unused condition. After the Product(s) passes an inspection by an authorized ADC employee or a distribution partner, we can then issue a full refund of your purchasing price (excluding shipping costs). Depending on your original form of tender, a cheque, wire transfer, or refund to your debit/credit card, or PayPal will be issued within thirty (30) business days provided the returned item is in its original condition. If there is any signs of use, damage, or parts missing, ADC retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a fair handling fee of 25% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return the Product(s) you must:
(i) Contact us in writing with the full information of your purchase including reason for return, and ask us for the return delivery address and RMA number
(ii) return the Product(s) with a valid proof of purchase to the specified address directed by ADC
(iii) you must NOT return the Product(s) to any address listed anywhere by ADC without prior approval. You must first ask and confirm with ADC for the return delivery address before shipping any returns. Returns MUST be sent within 14 days of being accepted by ADC.
(iv) inside your returned package, you must include a note with, your full name, address, username (if applicable), purchase date, proof of purchase.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
IMPORTANT: PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT(S) OF ADC UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE ADC ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (“WARRANTY”) SET FORTH BELOW. BY USING THE PRODUCT(S) OF ADC YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY.
Thank you for your interest in the services of ADC . ADC’S warranty obligations are to the original purchaser (“you”) only and are limited to the terms set forth below.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
ADC warrants that the Product(s) will be free from material defects under normal use of a period of one (1) year from the date of your purchase (“Warranty Period”).
If you submit a claim to ADC during the Warranty Period, ADC will, at its own discretion:
(i) replace the Product(s) with the same/functional equivalent model
(ii) service or repair or recondition the item back to full working order
(iii) exchange the Product(s) for a partial or full refund of your purchasing price with the agreement of the buyer (you) (excluding shipping costs),
Any Product(s) that have been refurbished under this Warranty Policy will have the coverage for the greater of:
(i) thirty (30) days from the date of refurbishment, or
(ii) the remaining term of the Warranty.
HOW TO GET YOUR WARRANTY SERVICE?
To submit a claim to ADC within the Warranty Period, you must:
(i) notify ADC of the defect(s) in writing
(ii) have full cooperation with ADC in giving all detailed information of the defects or problems
(iii) return the Product(s) with a valid proof of purchase to the specified address directed by ADC.
(iv) you must NOT return the Product(s) to any address listed anywhere by ADC without prior approval. You must ask and confirm with ADC for the return delivery address before shipping any returns
Please follow the procedures above to obtain the warranty service.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
ADC is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the Product(s).
This Warranty does not apply to:
(a) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship in the Product(s);
(b) design features or ornamental aspects of the Product(s) are not a Product(s) defect
(c) normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage, including, but not limited to, scratches, dents and broken plastic or display;
(d) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, unauthorized tampering, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, or if the serial number, or warranty seals (either outside or inside) have been removed or tampered with;
(e) damage caused by operating the Product(s) outside the permitted or intended uses described by ADC;
(f) damage caused by use with non-ADC products; and
(g) any non-ADC hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with the Product(s). ADC reserves the right to disable Product(s) if ADC suspects fraud or if ADC determines that the Product(s) are counterfeit, stolen or lost in shipment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Before receiving warranty service, ADC may require serial number(s) of the Product(s), full responses to questions to diagnose issues and to follow the procedures for obtaining warranty service. It is important that you DO NOT DISASSEMBLE the ADC Product(s), unless you receive consent from ADC technician or employee only. Disassembling at discretion may cause damage to the Product(s) that is not covered by this Warranty.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY POLICY DOES NOT COVER, AND ADC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR: (A) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS), LOSS OF ANY INSTALLATION COSTS, LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF, DAMAGE TO OR CORRUPTION OF DATA; OR (B) ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR USED WITH THE PRODUCT(S) AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT(S).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No ADC reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired. This Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the ADC Product(s) purchase took place. ADC or its successor in title is the warrantor under this Warranty.
COPYRIGHT
IMAGES, VIDEOS AND ANY OTHER TYPE OF MEDIA USED BY ADC, ON THE WEBSITE OR ON ANY OTHER SELLING PLATFORM OR SOCIAL MEDIA, ARE ALL PROPERTY OF ADC. ANY IMAGES OR VIDEOS TAKEN OR RECORDED BY ADC OF ADC’S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, ARE ALL PROPERTY OF ADC AND ADC HOLDS EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THESE.
FINANCE/PAYMENT OPTIONS
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerlandand the Netherlands.
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Booking deposits for workshop appointments
We take a booking deposit for every workshop appointment. Booking deposits in place to secure an appointment, order in parts specific to the vehicle, and go towards ensuring we dont get unnecessary cancellations/ghost bookings. Booking deposits are strictly non refundable, however, we will at our sole discretion rebook your appointment at a mutually convenient date, subject to availability.
