Q: Are you based in the UK? A: Yes we are a Uk Vat registered Limited company, based in Manchester.

Q: Is VAT included in your shop prices? A: Yes, all prices for products in the online shop are inclusive of Vat. This DOES NOT apply to the workshop!

Q: Do you ship outside of the Uk? A: Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL express, and have many happy customers all over the world!

Q: Do you offer warranty on your products? A: Yes, everything we sell comes with a 12 month warranty. Your warranty is honoured by us for the full term, we would never send you to the manufacturer!

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major Uk debit and credit cards, including American Express. We also accept bank transfer and bank deposit, payment in person with cash or card, and of course our 4 x split payment finance. 

Q: Do you accept returns? A: We’re sure you wouldn’t want to return your order, but if you did, the following applies; We do accept returns in line with your statutory rights, the item must be returned within 28 days, unopened and unused, in a resaleable condition, and still in its original packaging.  Return postage is to be borne by the buyer. 

Q: Do you keep everything in stock? A: We try to keep a healthy rotation of stock, but sometimes we can run out of stock due to demand, availability etc. If anything is out of stock, our next delivery is never far away!

Q: Do you dropship orders? A: No, everything we sell is dispatched from us here in Manchester.

Q: Can you explain how the 4 payment finance (Payment assist) works? A: You simply pay 25% of your order total up front, we then dispatch your order, the rest is then paid across 3 x monthly instalments of the same amount. There’s no credit checks on orders under £1000, guaranteed acceptance as long as your a UK resident with a UK bank account. No interest, no fee’s, no charges, just the price quoted split into 4 easy payments!

Q: Does my vehicle have to have i drive for the Android system to work? A: No, we do the systems for nearly all vehicles, with our without i drive!

Q: Will my factory i drive system still work? A: Yes, your factory i drive system remains in the vehicle and fully functional, so you don’t loose any factory features or spec, you just gain the new screen and all the new features!

Q: I have an F series car 2012 onwards, and it has i drive but no navigation, will the new system still work give me navigation? A: Yes of course, that’s why these systems are so popular. They replace the original screen, and give your vehicle all the top spec features!

Q: If my car already has DAB radio or reverse cam, would i still need to pay again for these when buying an Android unit? A: No, your vehicle retains the use of all factory features, so you wouldnt need to pay to add them on again. The options are there for vehicles that didn’t have them from factory.

Q: Do you offer telephone support? A: Yes we do, we try to be on hand until late via phone and messages to help you with any questions you may have.

Q: Do you offer an installation service for the Android units? A: Yes we do on the majority of them, send us a message or give us call to check appointment availability. 

Q: Do you offer a walk in/drop in service? A: No we don’t, we operate a pre-booked appointment only service, so be sure to always give us a call before turning up to avoid disappointment.
