Are you based in the UK? A: Yes we are a Uk Vat registered Limited company, based in Manchester. 

Q: Do you offer a walk in/drop in service? A: No we don’t, we operate a pre-booked appointment only service, so be sure to always give us a call before turning up to avoid disappointment.

Q: How do i make an appointment? A: Whatsapp the team on 07706856179. We ONLY take bookings via whatsapp.

 

Q: Is VAT included in your shop prices? A: Yes, all prices for products in the online shop are inclusive of Vat. This DOES NOT apply to the workshop! 

Q: Do you ship outside of the Uk? A: Yes, we ship worldwide using DHL express, and have many happy customers all over the world! 

 

Q: Do you offer warranty on your products? A: Yes, everything we sell comes with a 12 month warranty. Your warranty is honoured by us for the full term, we would never send you to the manufacturer!

  

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major Uk debit and credit cards, including American Express. We also accept bank transfer and bank deposit, payment in person with cash or card. 

  

Q: Do you accept returns? A: We’re sure you wouldn’t want to return your order, but if you did, the following applies; We do accept returns in line with your statutory rights, the item must be returned within 28 days, unopened and unused, in a resaleable condition, and still in its original packaging.  Return postage is to be borne by the buyer. 

  

Q: Do you keep everything in stock? A: We try to keep a healthy rotation of stock, but sometimes we can run out of stock due to demand, availability etc. If anything is out of stock, our next delivery is never far away!

  

Q: Do you dropship orders? A: No, everything we sell is dispatched from us here in Manchester.
