Premium cars deserve premium sound – the basic speaker setup in BMW vehicles does not meet the expectations of ambitious music lovers in many cases. For all those, the tailor-made MATCH UPGRADE speaker systems offer the perfect alternative that opens new horizons of sound.
Again, this is a true plug and play out of the box upgrade for vehicles that have base audio (AMP NOT FOR CARS WITH HARMON KARDON). All speakers go directly into the manufactuers existing fixing points without any modifications or adaptors required, and come with the same connectors as the factory speakers. Literally unbolt and unplug your old speakers, bolt these in and connect them! The difference between base audio and this system is mental! This setup outperforms Harmon Kardon hands down, the sound quality is another level!
This package includes:
1 x Match PP62DSP 6 channel Plug & Play amplifier, with 8 DSP channels!
1 x pair of front component speakers with tweeters and crossovers (You’ll need to purchase tweeter trims or drill your existing trims to accept tweeters)
1 x pair of rear door component speakers
1 x pair of underseat 8″ subwoofers with BMW specific baskets
The PP 62DSP amp provides everything an up-to-date Plug & Play amplifier needs: easy installation and maximum flexibility.
Its installation effortlessly takes place via Plug & Play cable harness which is included in delivery – no cable has to be cut or modified.
The MATCH Extension Card (MEC) slot makes it possible to expand the PP 62DSP’s functionality by inserting an optional MEC module – for example a Bluetooth® Audio Streaming module, an optical digital input or a High Resolution Audio USB soundcard. In addition the PP 62DSP offers the option of hooking up additional amplifiers using the two channel pre-amp output.
Sound enthusiasts get their money´s worth as well – thanks to the professional and user-friendly Audiotec Fischer DSP PC-Tool software it becomes amazingly easy to create individual sound setups. Furthermore the PP 62DSP is optionally configurable as a 6-channel amplifier with a total of 8 DSP channels. Due to the numerous adjustment options it leaves nothing to be desired
The 2-way component system with car-specific baskets provides much better precision and dynamics across the whole frequency range combined with a fantastic treble resolution thanks to the 25 mm silk dome tweeter. Additionally its level is adjustable in three steps according to personal listening preferences.
Especially in combination with one of our DSP amplifiers, these speakers reveal their full potential in respect of dynamics.
